I made two purchases, two days apart. I received one of my orders very fast. The other order took a little time due to a processing issue by no fault of Pallet Kings I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and responded promptly to my email. Shortly after communicating with them my tracking info was emailed to me and i received my order. I will be shopping with Pallet Kings in the near future. Very easy and simple process. If I had four hands I would give them four thumbs up!

I don’t have anything else to say other than I LOVE THESE GUYS! They’ve made my shipping process so much smoother than when I shipped my products myself. his site is awesome, I have been getting pallets since 2 years ago, I am so grateful that I found this site, Most of the items that I get from this place are electronics, to buy safe I buy class A and B products, these come with warranty, therefore you know that items have 90 days of warranty, Customer service has been doing a great service, The only thing that I don’t like is that they close the facility in FL.
